Center for Continuous Learning

Rev. Dr. Christine Roush was a teaching fellow with the ABHMS Center for Continuous Learning during her tenure as National Coordinator for Faith Formation and Discipleship. She was passionate about that role because she wholeheartedly believes that, “The world is in desperate need of Jesus. And we can serve more effectively as His hands and feet when we work together.” Today Chris serves as Executive Director of American Baptist Foundation, where she continues to promote collaboration and partnership among American Baptist partners for the strengthening of Christ’s church and the advancement of the gospel through innovative ministry and legacy giving. “We can make a difference in everything from poverty to discipleship,” she declares, “if we begin to work together and share our best practices and resources.”
