  • How do I get started with learning on the CCL?

    First, you’ll need to create a user account. How? Start by looking at the top right corner of the CCL website. Click on Sign In. Then you have options! You may create a new and unique username and password, or you may register using an existing account (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, AppleID). Make a note of your login information; you’ll use the same username and password each time you sign on to access your course Dashboard.

  • How do I register for a course?

    Easy! After signing into the CCL website, select the course you want and click on the Enroll button. On the check-out page, complete the Account & Billing Information, including credit card info. If you have a coupon, click on Have a coupon? link and enter the code. Then just click Complete Purchase.

  • How do I access the course(s) I’ve purchased?

    Great question! First you need to be logged into the site. Click on Sign In located on far right of the top menu bar, and log in. When your Username appears on the top menu, choose My Dashboard (to the left on that menu) to view all the courses in which you are enrolled.

  • Do you offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs)?

    Yes! All our certificate courses include CEUs for clergy. The Chaplaincy Skills for Community Ministry cohort is eligible for chaplaincy CEUs. Just go to All Courses and click on the Certificates category to view eligible courses.

  • Do you offer special discounts or scholarships for students or seminarians?

    Yes, CCL often offers student discounts on select courses. Please e-mail us at [email protected], and if you are eligible, we will provide you with a coupon code to be entered at Checkout when you enroll.

  • How can I register my small group for a course?

    You can purchase multiple seats for a course on behalf of your group! When you click on Enroll, enter the number of seats you expect to fill. (You can always add more later.) You will receive an email with an invitation to forward to members of your group that will allow them to Sign In on the website, Enroll in the course, and “purchase” the course at no cost to them. (Don’t forget to click on the invitation and enroll yourself as well.) For groups of 5 or more, please email [email protected] about a group discount.
