What you will learn...

  • Shared Leadership

How can we do ministry with and for young adults? Learn how to build sustainable ministries for young adults that don't leave them on the sidelines, but give voice and agency to them as leaders. Shared leadership begins with a posture of listening and learning.

  • Navigating Transitions

The season of young adulthood is all about navigating big life transitions. As a young adult, perhaps you need to learn how to have more compassion on yourself as you enter into new seasons. As a leader or minister, learn more about this transient demographic.

  • Faith Deconstruction

When our faith shatters, we are left feeling vulnerable and lost. As a young adult, perhaps you are looking for ways to slowly heal and re-introduce faith practice gently into your life. For those ministering to young adults, gain practical tools to minister and walk alongside them as they seek to reconstruct their faith.
