Who should enroll?

Ministry leaders who stand at the intersection of diverse cultural identities and perspectives. This point of convergence presents unique challenges and responsibilities, and leaders need opportunities to step away for self-reflection, self-care, and continuous learning in their bridge-building skills. Completion of at least one ILI Tier 1 course (or equivalent training) is strongly recommended.

Jefferson Jones

Lead Presenter/Facilitator

Jefferson J. Jones, MDiv, is a minister, coach, and bridge builder with more than 20 years of experience in ministry and K-12 education. Throughout his career opportunities, Jefferson has shown a deep passion for diversity as it is a core expression of who God is. As a leader, he believes that leaders can only be at their best when they tend to the health of their souls and their relationships. He has been married to Rosa for 23 years and have two teenaged sons, Peter and Abraham. They currently live in Duluth, GA.
