Completion of at least one ILI Tier 1 course (or equivalent training) is strongly recommended.

Jefferson J. Jones is a minister, coach, and bridge builder with over 20 years of experience in ministry and K-12 education. Throughout his career opportunities, Jefferson has shown a deep passion for diversity as it is a core expression of who God is. As a leader, he believes that leaders can only be at their best when they tend to the health of their souls and their relationships. He’s been married to Rosa for 23 years and have two teen-aged sons, Peter and Abraham. They currently live in Duluth, GA.
