All sales of on-demand (asynchronous) content are considered final. No refunds will be issued unless there is a significant error in the product functionality, as determined by the ABHMS Center for Continuous Learning (CCL).
Customers must contact [email protected] within three (3) business days of purchase to request a refund for any eligible issues.
Synchronous courses
Including live webinars, in-person events, and cohorts (online and in-person)
Full refunds for synchronous courses are available upon written request until one (1) week prior to the start date of the scheduled course. A partial (50%) refund may be requested until forty-eight (48) hours prior to the start of the course. Thereafter, no refund is permitted.
Transferred registration to a future section of a synchronous course may be granted if requested in writing and only if a future section of the course is already scheduled. Such a transfer may only be permitted once per course.
If a transfer is granted, that registration is ineligible for refund at any time. Additional stipulations may apply.
Should a scheduled course be canceled, delayed, or rescheduled by the ABHMS Center for Continuous Learning, registered learners may request a full refund within 15 days of notification of cancelation or change.
