You may be a good fit for the role of National Coordinator for Learner Engagement!

The National Coordinator for Learner Engagement implements the strategic vision for the Center for Continuous Learning (CCL) through key focus areas of partner cultivation, learner recruitment and engagement, new course development, website administration and registrar support, relationship marketing efforts, and event program support. The role requires direct collaboration with external partners as cosponsors, influencers, promoters, and subject matter experts, as well as collaboration with ABHMS staff to develop and deliver online, hybrid and onsite learning experiences.

What to expect in the work

The National Coordinator for Learner Engagement implements the vision of the CCL Director. The ideal candidate must understand, appreciate, and work diligently to advance the mission, vision, values, and goals of ABHMS and the Center for Continuous Learning.

  • Design learning

    New course development

    Design and implement learning initiatives by analyzing learner needs, identifying and recruiting subject-matter experts, and collaborating with instructors and staff sponsors to design and deliver courses.

  • Deepen relationships

    Partner cultivation

    Develop mutually beneficial partnerships with individuals and organizations whose passions and projects are aligned with ABHMS and CCL mission. Invite individuals to become influencers, and explore partnerships within our networks.

  • Engage learners

    Recruitment and engagement

    Develop and implement strategies to draw in new learners and to deepen the engagement of current CCL learners. Seek feedback from program participants in the learning experiences for best practices and future trends.

  • On-site offices

    This position is based at the Aidsand F. Wright-Riggins III Learning Center in our state-of-the-art Leadership and Mission Building in King of Prussia, PA (outside of Philadelphia).

  • Professional-level

    We need someone with graduate-level training in theology, Christian ministry, or education, as well as experience working in diverse and multicultural contexts.
